Running Night!



Tonight I went to the Tri Club Running Training Session which consisted of a warm-up, 20 minutes of drills followed by a 4 mile steady run!

I was pleased when he said we were doing a steady run as I think I my legs are still recovering from my cycle on Sunday!

Despite not doing the sprint intervals we have done in previous weeks I found tonight's session hard! 

I have no idea why as we only did 4 miles at an average 9.03 minute mile pace!

Thankfully tomorrow is my rest day, then Parkrun on Saturday!
