I did one of the swims/rides as a brick session but unfortunately the longest ride I managed was this session which was just 10.25 miles. Some way off my 25 mile goal! I used the joker to get me out of the 2nd ride as I couldn't possibly go out on my bike feeling how I'm feeling.
So not a good week all in all but I have still managed to do some workouts!

I only managed 1 swim which was 1.27 miles and
I only managed 1 short ride which was 10.25 miles.
Altogether a total of 23.15 miles for the week, 156.03 miles for February and 348.37 miles for Jantastic!
Week 1 miles = 45.08
Week 2 miles = 45.19
Week 3 miles = 54.60
Week 4 miles = 46.41
January Miles = 192.34
Week 5 miles = 39.21
Week 6 miles = 41.83
Week 7 miles = 51.84
Week 8 miles = 23.15
February Miles = 156.03
Week 8 has been the lowest mileage to date during Jantastic but I have got to put it behind me and move onwards and upwards.
Week 9 starts tomorrow with a swim distance goal of 2000 metres!
