Janathon Week 1 - DONE!

This morning I was so exhausted that I really didn't have the energy to walk to work so I decided to leave home early and drive!  Totally lazy I know but needs must!

However, by the end of the day I was determined I was going to do some exercise to go towards my Janathon miles!  I couldn't allow myself to fail at the end of week 1!

I got changed into my running gear and said "Just doing a short one - I will be back in 10"

Once I felt the cold air on my face I felt energised and really enjoyed it!

So much so that I ended up running 4.45 miles at an average 9.20 minute mile pace!  Not fast but its still miles ... and it made me feel a whole lot better!

Total Janathon Running miles:  26.30
Total Janathan Walking miles:     6.56
Total Janathan Cycling miles:      Zero 
Total Janathon Swimming miles:   1.45
TOTAL JANATHON MILEAGE: 34.31


Positive thought for the day - feeling excited that my new pedals for my bike finally came, just waiting for my new shoes and cleats now so I can venture out!

I am still smiling!


I WILL NOT be beaten!
