Day 13 Janathon!

Tonight I didn't particularly feel like going swimming but I did!

I was really really cold after spending the day outside at work, tired after having a "after hours" meeting at work which went on longer than expected and sore with a stiff neck!

But I have neglected my swimming of late so I wasn't going to let life get in the way!

I went to the Tri Club Swim session and was making my excuses before I began about having a sore neck etc etc etc and I got told Swimming would be good for it and did I not know Swimming was the poor man's Physio!

So I put the pain to the back of my mind (as well as the back of my neck!) and got on with it!

Thankfully it wasn't as full on a session as last week but we still did 1550 metres which is just under a mile!

Surprisingly it relieved my neck pain as well as warming me up!

Total Janathan Walking miles:   12.67
Total Janathan Cycling miles:      Zero 
Total Janathon Swimming miles:   2.56
TOTAL JANATHON MILEAGE: 54.05

Positive thought for the day - Swimming is good physio!
