a) it will be on - heavy rain is causing flooding and the race might be cancelled!
b) if I will actually get out of Kendal - the whole town is on flood alert and already 100's of houses have been evacuated!
c) the roads will be passable to get to Carlisle!
If I do get there and it is actually on it looks like it's going be a wet one!
I have had my Spaghetti Bolognese and I have stayed off the wine this evening - I'm ready, it's up to the weather now!
