The perfect evening for a run!

By some mere miracle my legs had forgiven me when I stumbled out of bed this morning and were ready for some more punishment!

Tonight I had 16 ladies in my WOTR running group who all had a fantastic run!  The weather was perfect and we even got to set off in the light!

We ran 4.72 miles and they all seem to be getting more determined!

I am feeling very proud of them all!
